Additional Comments: We had received another estimate for our problem which was much more expensive. It also required that we dig around the house to below the foundation and seal with a rubber substance, then fill with gravel and replace dirt. None of this would have prevented our house from leaking again as the problem was a crack around the sleeve of the water pipe above ground. Allen diagnosed the problem immediately, showed me the leak and it was repaired for a fraction of the cost quoted on the first estimate. Alex did the repair work. He was right on time, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased. Unfortunately, we had another leak and called you out again. But once again, Allen knew exactly what was wrong and quoted a very fair price to fix the problem. We will definately call again for any future problems and will be happy to recommend Allen and Engineered Solutions to anyone experiencing these types of problems.

Additional Comments: There was some miscommunication between Jay, who sold me the various systems, and Luis who was responsible for installing the systems. Next time I would insist on reviewing the plan with Luis on site during the sales process so I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone was careful to make sure my expectations were met to my satisfaction. The crews were very nice to have around and did a wonderful clean up job everyday. This, by the way is, from a very picky customer.

Additional Comments: For the first time in 25 years, I have a dry basement during and following rain storms since Engineered Solutions performed their magic. I also must say that the price was so very fair...less than half the price quoted by Trotter, and Engineered Solutions did far more than offered by Trotter. Definitely a winner!! My son-in-law referred Jay to me after he had complete satisfaction from them and I am so very grateful.

Additional Comments: I do feel a lot more secure knowing that the water problem under the house was corrected.  I do believe the results of the work that Engineering Solutions performed will take care of the problem with a dry crawl space for my home.

Additional Comments:Your company was the only one that was willing to respond to our request in a timely manner. And when your technician had been injured and was unable to perform the job, you still kept your appointment and the work was completed as promised and has successfully stopped the leaks that had been plaguing us for a number of years but up to now had not been a big problem because of the drought.

Additional Comments: I was so impressed with the crew from ESOG!  They were extremely hard-working, knowledgeable about the repair of my foundation, and very courteous.  I had lots of questions and they answered me each time and made sure I understood what they were doing and why.  It was so hot while they were here, but they continued working throughout the day, stopping only long enough to eat lunch or rest in the shade for about 5 minutes.  They were neat to a fault and cleaned the area before they left so that you could hardly tell any work had been done!  I really just can't say enough good things about ESOG!  From my initial phone call to now, every person I've had contact with has been so nice!  When Allan came out, he explained everything that needed to be done and how it would be accomplished.  He won me over with the laser level, but beyond that, he drew the layout of my home and showed me exactly here each pier would be placed.  No other person who came to give me a quote went to the lengths he did to show me what had happened to my foundation and tell me how it could be repaired.  That made my decision easy.  This was a big expense for me and I was so nervous to have it done, but I don't think I could have picked a better company to work with.  I would absolutely recommend ESOG without hesitation!

Additional Comments: Excellent work.  To clarify, I continued to find nails (total of three) around the garage/driveway for a week or so after the work was complete.  Would be hard to find all of them, so not a complaint, but with a small child at home was something to be concerned with.  Overall excellent service, would definitely recommend/use you again!

The team that came to install the joist hangers and support post did very good work and all were respectful of the fact that they were working in my home. The support post was put in carefully and even reinforced, above my expectations. Because the ceiling below the joists was already deformed, it was not feasible to make that part of the project better than it was - it's still deformed, but at least the joists are stabilized, temporarily.

I would definitely hire this team again, if similar work was required on my house.

Clark was the most upfront and honest basement waterproofing contractor I met and certainly was the driving reason we moved forward with ESOG. Special thanks for his flexibility and allowing me to finance the project on my requested terms.

Louis went above and beyond the original signed off scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction. He and his team were very customer-service oriented and always on time.

Louis and Daniel were very consistent in their communication and quality of workmanship was excellent from start to finish. I greatly appreciated the way they concluded the job in cleaning up and hitting all the contract objectives and deadlines.

I shopped a total of 5 contractors before I choose engineered solutions. Engineered Solutions offered the most economical solution to my problem. The work was done in a professional manner it came in on time and on budget. If I ever have another problem I will only call one company I know Engineered Solutions will give me a great job at a fair price.
