About Allan Waite

Although born in New England, Allan has been in Atlanta since ’89, and with ESOG since 2009. Allan has extensive experience in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry from being a waterproofing and foundation repair specialist for almost 30 years. Previous to that, Allan has experience in the construction industry through most of his life, spending a significant amount of time doing commercial construction. Since then, he has helped grow ESOG and handles our entire sales team as ESOG’s Sales Manager.

In Allan’s new role as Sales Manager, he is given the responsibility of continuing the education of his sales team, managing any problems that may arise, and making sure his team is always growing by offering field training, advice, and sharing his experience. Al believes in taking the hiring process seriously, as he knows that having the right people on a team causes everyone to win.

Allan considers the best part of his job to be the satisfaction he gets seeing the people he trains and works with grow through our company. That includes seeing our people go out and implement our process and ethics behind what we do! Afterall, Al has been with ESOG for over 11 years, so he takes pride in seeing how ESOG has grown.

When Al is not providing our sales team with insight and training, you can find him playing golf, or coaching his church softball team.
